This series dynamic super-heated water sterilizer are mainly used for sterilization of suspension, emulsion and other easily precipitated or thermosensitive chemical drugs and oral liquid packaged in IV bottles.
High-temperature circulating water is used as sterilization media and uniform sterilization can be realized at a low temperature (not more than 100℃).
There is no problem of temperature dead leg caused by cold air in the steam sterilization and no product recontamination due to the unclean cooling water in the cooling step.The unique pressure balance technology is used in the sterilization process, and there is not explosion of bottles.
