Product Introduction

The VDM(vacuum decay method) leak detection machine is one ofthe necessary testing equipment for BFS, with the advantages of 100% product full coverage detection and quantifiable leakage data.

○It mainly detects 0.2~10ml plastic ampoule products and multi-dose eye drops, penicillin vials and other products.

○The detection speed of 5um leakage hole is <8s. Leakage holes as small as 3|jm can be detected.

○Linear layout, modular structure, sensor utilization up to 83%.

○Separate blow drying station allows leaked mold cavities to be dried rapidly.

○Each testing instrument is equipped with an independent vacuum pump to reduce mutual interference and ensure the accuracy of validation data.
