PSM series Super-Heated Water Sterilizer

Superheated water, as sterilization medium, spray on products directly. The sterilization process is controlled by automatic program. Sterilization medium forms circulation in the sterilizer chamber,circulation pump, heat exchanger and spray water device, and exchanges heat with products to be sterilized for heating, sterilization and cooling. Industrial saturated steam and cooling water are heated or cooled by the heat exchanger outside the chamber without contacting with products. In the whole sterilization process, balanced pressure is realized by controlling chamber compressed air supply in order to effectively protect products.
