Next-Generation High-Performance IGZO TFT.DRTECH’s next-generation IGZO TFT, developed with proprietary expertise and in-house technology, features electron mobility that is 10 times faster and leakage current that is significantly lower than conventional a-Si. These characteristics reduce noise by a factor of 10, enabling high-resolution diagnostic imaging with minimal noise even at low radiation doses.

FOCUS Scintillator Technology

FOCUS (Fluorescent Optical CsI Upgraded Structure) technology is a method of depositing a uniform and consistent CsI layer onto the TFT. This advanced structure significantly reduces noise caused by light scattering compared to conventional CsI, delivering clear, high-contrast images even at low radiation doses.
